Hi, I’m Adam Rodi, welcome to my fitness blog. Four years ago I started my lifelong fitness journey which completely changed my life and allowed me to join the Army National Guard. In that time I have made plenty mistakes and learned a lot along the way. I made this website to provide every tool I wish I would have had to get in shape. 100% free!
